URL: http://login.performcb.com/api/v1/cb_api?get=get_creative_code

Parameters:   

• api_key [STRING] = Affiliate API Key
• user_id [INT] = Affiliate ID
• campaign_id[INT] = Campaign ID
• creative_id[INT] = Creative ID
