  • Offer Pixel

Please Note:

  • There is no limit to the number of pixels/postbacks you can place in your account.

  • Our system allows you the option to customize how your postbacks should function. You can place any combination of the above pixel types or triggers as you see fit.

  • Our system will fire all pixels/postbacks applicable (i.e. your global postback will fire along with any offer level postback), so please be sure your system de-dupes, if necessary.

  • If you need HTML tracking for an offer specified as “Postback Only”, please reach out to your account manager.

Aggregated Postbacks

  • For Mobile / App Install Offers, due to App Tracking Transparency (ATT), many conversions will no longer be tied to your system’s click ID or similar value. To continue to send conversions to your system for real time reporting, we will need an Aggregated or Clickless Postback that will look something like this:

    https://www.yourdomain.com/?clickid={subid1}&offerid=OFFER_ID&affiliateid=AFFILIATE_ID

In many systems, Offer ID and Affiliate ID can replace the normal click ID or transaction ID for tracking. In the case of a consumer opting in to tracking, we will continue to record the conversion to a specific click ID, which we can continue to pass back to you. When click/transaction ID is present, your system will continue to use that value to record the conversion. When a user opts out of tracking and click/transaction ID is null, offer and affiliate IDs will be used to record the conversion instead.  We can still pass you a source ID dynamically which could be used to replace “affiliate id”.

We will need to set up a unique postback per campaign; there will no longer be universal postbacks.

In addition to the above set up for clickless postbacks, we can also pass the following macros via the partner’s postback for APPSFLYER offers ONLY (for now):

    {conv_subid1} - click time
    {cbtid} - appsflyer transaction id

We also have the ability to still pass you SourceID and App Name via subid3.

Here is some documentation from popular platforms re: clickless postbacks.

Offer Groups (aka Links)

An Offer Group, simply put, is a Tracking URL or Affiliate Link. Our Offer Groups give you the flexibility to run all offers available to you within a Vertical, or you have the ability to traffic to specific offer(s).

To view all of your live offer groups (links), or to edit/create a new one, navigate to the “Offers Group” tab.

Here you can:

  • Search for existing offer groups using the filter drop-downs or the search box at the top right

  • Select the gear icon to edit, get your link, replicate your offer group, or archive

  • Choose your "Offer Mix"

    • Perform[cb]'s Exclusive Offer Blend allows you to run all available offers in the vertical - our sophisticated Learning Algorithm will choose the best offer based on an array of targets

    • Customize Offer Group allows you to choose specific offer(s) in the vertical. You pick where your traffic goes! In the event your Preferred Offer(s) is unavailable, you can redirect to a Secondary Offer(s) in the same vertical for a more seamless customer experience

      • Add {optional} Weighted Distribution for AB Split Testing. You decide what percentage of traffic should go where!

  • Add {optional} External Redirect, if you do not want any redirect traffic, outside of any Secondary Offers you may have selected

  • "Create Offer Group” at the top right-hand corner will allow you to build an offer group from scratch based on a vertical of your choosing.

  • You can change your Link Settings at any time!

Custom Domains

Would you like your Tracking Domain to be unique to your traffic?  If so, navigate to the “Custom Domains” tab to manage your domains.  By adding a domain here, our platform will give return unique Name Server records for you to apply to the domain via your DNS Provider, thus allowing you to run traffic to Perform[cb] offers on a domain that is all yours.  For more information on this feature, visit our Custom Domains page.

Reports

Navigate to the “Reports” tab to get a variety of reporting features such as:

  • Daily - A snapshot of today’s traffic

  • Offers - A breakdown of all offers you are running

  • Conversions - See the details of each individual conversion driven

Please Note: All reporting is in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Pulling Creatives

To pull pre-approved creative assets from an offer, please navigate to the “Offers” tab and find your desired offer.  In order to pull creatives, the offer must be public OR you must already be approved on the offer.

To grab the creatives, simply click on the magnifying glass in the “details” column and navigate to the “Creatives” tab. Here you can choose to download or have the creatives emailed to you directly!

Custom Creatives / "MMR Submission"

There are some offers that require approval of custom creatives prior to being approved for traffic.  When applying for these offers, you will now see a "Request Approval" button.

Give us a few details about how you'll be promoting this offer and then upload your creatives:

Once submitted, you'll be able to track the Status of your Submission in our "Custom Creatives" section.
